Please include your email address in correspondence if you would like proofs prior to work commencing as personalised items are non-refundable.

We aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of order (dependant on acceptance of proof, if applicable). We always strive to get you your gifts as quickly as possible but we make bespoke products to order so please allow reasonable time to avoid disappointment. Postage is charged per order with multiple items packaged in a single parcel to the same address; multiple addresses will incur a charge per address.
